Jerry Lane Cunningham's Obituary
Jerry Lane Cunningham age 77, of Fredonia passed away on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at Reed’s Cove Rehabilitation in Wichita. Jerry was born on April 2, 1943 in Fredonia, KS the son of Francis W. and Helen (Shue) Cunningham.
Jerry was a graduate of Fredonia High School class of 1961. In February 1968, Jerry married Wanda McCarty. Jerry and Wanda were married for 24 years until her death of October 8, 1992. On December 16, 1995 Jerry married Ronda Walker, and she survives at their home.
Jerry worked as a Supervisor in the Aircraft industry for several years. He then worked for Midwest Minerals, the Peter Pan restaurant and Mrs. C’s restaurant. Jerry was a past member of the Fredonia Masonic Lodge, he enjoyed hunting and fishing, going to Casinos, and driving around in the country just to look at the deer. Most importantly, Jerry loved telling stories, and being with his family.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, first wife Wanda, daughters: Krista Cunningham and Shelly O’Neal and Brother Terry Cunningham.
Funeral services will be held on Friday, August 28, 2020 at 2:00 PM at Countryside Funeral Home in Fredonia with Mike Myers officiating. Visitation will be held 2 hours prior to service time from noon-2:00 PM, with cremation to follow.
