Well, moving forward I will always miss my good friend, Kim. I feel even more privileged to call Kim my friend, after he truly died a hero's death the way he did.
There is no greater deed than to lay down one's life for another. (Truly Christ-like)
I would like to send my sympathy to my friends, Etta and Ronny, and all of Kim's family and his many, many friends.
R. I. P. my friend. Sincerely, and with best wishes, ....Mike Dillon
I am so sorry for your loss. He was a true hero without a doubt, my heart breaks for you.
Etta, I am so very sorry for your loss. I just can't fathom how heavy your heart is right now. Kim was a very nice, forthcoming gentleman. You as well, being a kind thoughtful person. I will never forget you breaking your arm at the cabin. You just bounced up and said, my arm is broke and I gotta go to the hospital. You left Janice and I speechless. Kim would have been the same way.
Kim and I go back 52 years when we first met and became friends immediately. We spent many times together through thick and thin getting into mischief and causing trouble. We created memories that we would often reminisce about and spend hours just laughing. I will miss him as he was my brother in so many ways. May God take you and keep you in his grace and I will see you on the other side my brother.
Growing up with Kim was a lifetime of fun and we were hellions. We shared the good, bad, and indifferent times but always had fun doing it. I loved him as my brother, and he will be missed more than words can express.
Rest in peace my brother and see you on the other side.
I got to know Kim roughly 41years ago we kept in touch about once a month by phone, sometimes I'd stop by and visit when I would see him at his truck. My good friend will surely be missed by all that knew him. RIP my friend.
He is and always will be a Big Hero !! 🙏😇 From Kevin and Marcia Gough
