Lue was born in Gene Autry, Oklahoma on August 31, 1926 to John Eades and Crinnie Ethel.
Lue was well known for her deep love of family, hard work ethic, and love for all God’s creatures big and small dogs, cats, birds, and horses.
Lue married the love of her life Paul Brown and produced three beautiful children. David Brown of Missouri, Linda Signer of Arizona, and Jerry Brown of Kansas. They were married for 58 years until his passing in 2005.
In 1963 they purchased a beautiful farm in Severy, Kansas. They worked the farm together as a family and also all worked in the aircraft and meat packing industry. Lue had a bit of racing spirit in her and would race her sons to Wichita, she usually won.
Even after retirement she worked; she continued to work at the retirement center taking care of retirees. There was no stopping her.
Lue moved to Kechi to be closer to her son Jerry Brown and daughter in law Tamara Brown. They all enjoyed special family moments together as well as Sunday family dinners together. She made the BEST pot roast dinners to include her homemade peach cobbler.
She continued to work in her garden daily, take care of her three pups Theo, Patches, and Sugar. She continued to live by herself, completely independent until her passing. She was the most amazing lady.
She started learning piano during the pandemic. She was so proud of her daughter Linda Signer’s musical talent on piano. She loved listening to her play and told everyone how proud she was of her gift from God.
Lue is survived by her three children David (Karen) Brown, Linda Signer, and Jerry (Tamara) Brown. 6 grandchildren Sharon Turney, Teresa Fox, Steven Brown, Ryan Signer, Tamara Signer Niles and Jeremy Brown. 18 great grandchildren and 6 great-great grandchildren.
