Mary was always a sweet heart. I got the chance to work at the same place as she did heritage. I will never forget mary. Also was a bingo buddy.iloa and chanute.

Mary Lou had a heart of gold. She was always willing to help someone out. When I moved to Chanute many years ago, I was having a tough time. I was out of work, just enough money to rent a place to live. I found a house I could afford but it had no major appliances. Mary Lou & her daughter, Donna Zillner, pooled their money together and bought me a gorgeous brown gas stove that I used for more than a dozen years. They also found a refrigerator, washer & dryer...all for no cost to me. Mary Lou always had a smile on her face when I saw her. Always kind. She made a difference in this world to many people; and she left this world a brighter place because she was such a warm, kind and lovely lady. RIP Mary Lou. I look forward to seeing you at heavens gate when my time comes. ~ A’Delma Jo Stahl LPN-IV~
