Randy was born August 8, 1953 in Winfield, KS to Russell and Jeannie (Tomlin) Julian. He grew up with 3 siblings, and graduated high school in Lakeside, CA.
He proudly served in the US Marine Corp and earned the rank of Sergeant. He enjoyed working for himself and owned his own construction company in North Carolina. When he returned to Kansas, he worked for Elk Co. Road crew for a while before he opened J and J Motorcycle shop in Moline with a great friend of his, Jeff Miller.
Randy walked into a bar and caught the eye of a lady named Anita Pendleton. When she saw him, she told the people around her “Oh my God I’m in love.” On Friday August 13, 1993, they were united in marriage and have spent the last 29 years as husband and wife enjoying the entire journey.
