Former Howard City Police Chief Roger “Lynn” Wells, age 64, of Howard passed away Monday, November 13, 2017. He was the loving father of Michelle and Melissa and proud grandfather of Tanner, Faith, Raegan, and Colter. Born in Eure Read Obituary
Although I didn't know Mr. Wells very well, I do want to say I'm thinking of Melissa and Michelle at this time. Melissa was a student and FCCLA Officer of mine with many good memories at West Elk. I worked with Michelle at West Elk and shared many good times. Bless you girls and hoping the memories of your dad will help at this time!

So many memories of Lynn and his Brother back in the Good ole Days I'm sure Lynn's treasures was His two Beautiful Daughters and His four Wonderful Grandchildren whom I am very Sad for at this very Difficult time and also Teresa May God be with You and Comfort You
I have so many good memories about Lynn and his family as we all grew up . So much fun ridding the little ponies at grandpa Tex and also riding in the buggy. I remember the first time when Lynn came out to get me with the horses and the buggy. my mom said I ran in and was so excited and said you have to let me go I've always wanted to go for a ride with Lynn... those were the good old days! I wouldn't trade those memories for nothing. I Will always remember your smile :)

I always enjoyed working with Lynn. He was a great guy, I learned a lot about Law Enforcement from that man. He will be missed.
