Hello, As a child I grew up on a farm east of Chanute.When I got to come to town and stay with my grand mother Pearl Malson her grand mother lived on the same street. Roma would stay with her during the day. We always got together to pay and had a great time. I remember one time her grand mother made us some lemon aid to to sell. One time we thought we saw the police coming so we tore it al down real fast so it would looke we were just having a good time. Which we were. We also drew floor plans in the dirt of houses. I ran into her here in Kansas City a couple of times several year after her D.C. graduation.
So sorry I can not attend the services.
