Ruth is my aunt. I always always remember her smile. When I was little, my sisters Connie, Cindy and myself would go to Howard to visit grandma and grandpa. We use to love to go over to Lewis and Ruth's house. I enjoyed family get togethers at the Howard Park with all of my aunts, uncles and cousins. Randy and John, Ruth will always be in my heart.
I knew Ruth through Elk County Aging. I cleaned and we always had fun. She was a pure joy being around. Dhe will be greatly missed by those who knew her. My deepest sympathy to the family and loved ones. Dawn Harrington
Ruth was a classmate of mine and we had a lot of good times together. She was always kind and generous and had a good sense of humor. We joked about her handsome Dr. She invited me once to go to a rodeo in Moline and a country dance. After graduation we didn't see each other very often but remained friends. My mom married Ruth's son, Randy, so she became my grandma. She always treated me like one of her own and never treated me like I was different. Grandma, I will miss you and I love you!
