I have such fond childhood memories of spending time with the Ponce family, though it's been years since our paths last crossed. I remember Ruth as a nurturing woman and an incredible cook -- every enchilada and chile relleno I've eaten in the last 40 years has been compared to Ruth's benchmark. I will sure miss my Ruthie as I always called her. I got the pleasure of working with Ruth at nmh and heritage nursing home we had fun times when it snowed us in. She was dear to my heart. My mom and sisters also got to work with her at the hospital. She will be missed I am sure glad God let me see her one more time and gave her a hug.
I worked with Ruth at NMRMC. She was a very caring nurse. My sympathy to her family. She will be miss greatly.
