I am so sorry for the loss of my friend Bill! Bill started as a reserve officer, part time officer and then full time in Rice County, Kansas law enforcement. To his family you have my deepest sympathy! I have lots of stories most of which can not be told in mixed company or in a non-adult sitting ha-ha! I want to believe he is with Sam the dog!

Worked with Bill on several projects. He was affectionately referred to as "Major Catastrophe" and "Major Donut," but we worked together very well. I considered Bill Green a good friend.
